LIFE RAFT
Aviasafe Aviation Services Pvt. Ltd. provide servicing and repair of the life raft of various OEM which assist to keep float in water in an emergency. Immediate instructions for survival and mooring line release are described in the Liferaft manual. The survival instruction and equipment are located in the survival kit container, which is attached to and packed with the Liferaft.
We have experienced and skilled team of packers of life raft which take extreme precaution and care while packing so that life raft is operational and opens in a prescribed manner.
The Life raft is designed to provide a reliable and safe flotation system, in the event of an emergency water ditching consists of four major subsystems – the inflatable raft, an inflation assembly, a survival kit, and a urethane coated nylon case. The Life raft is composed of two structures joined pneumatically independent floor is suspended between the top and bottom tubes manually inflatable deck float at the center for added buoyancy. Each tube assembly has its own individual inflation aspirator and float the aspirators above the waterline during inflation, thereby preventing. With the raft prepared for launching, including the survival kit attached, initiation of the inflation sequence is accomplished by pulling the inflation handle located in a pocket on the carrying case.Inflation of the Liferaft in the water may be on either side, since both sides are identical.Occupants may begin boarding the Liferaft immediately after full round out (full shape) of the buoyancy tubes.
The lanyard opens the Liferaft carrying case closure and activates the reservoir discharge valve allowing compressed gas to flow through high pressure flexible hoses to aspirators on each flotation tube. As regulated stored gas flows through the hose to the aspirators, a partial vacuum is created in the mixing section of the aspirators by the high-velocity gas as it. As a result, ambient air enters through the flapper valves and combines with the high velocity gas in the venture to provide for rapid inflation, using a minimum sized reservoir. When the inflation cycle has progressed to a predetermined internal Liferaft pressure, the flapper valves close and the remaining stored gas is used to “top off” the Liferaft to the pressure is checked through the inflate/deflate valves.
SURVIVAL KIT
Survival kit contains various life saving component like water, glucose tab, first aid medicines, distress signals , signal mirror, repair kits etc.
Size, shape and quantity varies from part number to part numbers.
Some survival kit can be integral part of life raft/slides/slide raft or some can be used separately.
